While corporations run rampant adopting the motto "You will own nothing and be happy", we take matters into our own hands. Such examples can be seen with the removal of physical media in favor of subscription or cloud based digital licenses. We believe that knowledge and access to knowledge is a fundamental human right. To restrict access to humanity's hub of knowledge would be akin to restricting access to food, shelter, water, and should be dealt with equal importance.

The closer we get to mirroring our digital self into a virtual platform, the closer we get to a full surveillance state. Human psychology, history, personalities, and eventually their soul - will be nothing but a tradeable commodity. Listed in an exchange hidden from our eyes. Yet the fabric of the world's economy rest solely on the exchange of information. The dead internet theory has been proven time and time again, and the internet as we know it has devolved into a barren, souless wasteland populated by virtual salesman that know you more than you know yourself. Human autonomy as we know it will cease to exist. That is, if it's not gone already. How can we be sure the decisions you make are yours and truly yours. The motivation behind every click, share, download, decision, has been confounded by algorithms that evolve faster than microbacteria, with no ethical guidelines. It has been altered and influenced by synthetic data and digital ecosystems made specifically to feed opium to the masses. Whether we accept it or not, information is and will be for the future - the main currency of trade.

Not unlike cancer, the symptoms of late stage capitalism have started to manifest itself on society as a whole. Spreading of false and often malicious information to mislead the young, planting seeds of addiction, permanently altering their biochemistry. How does this differ from a cancer spreading its malevolence, targeting developing cells during DNA replication with the goal controlling and destroying entire organ systems. We say that we're angry about the blatant anti-human establishments that is Silicon Valley. We say we're fed up on being abused by those with higher status or authority. Yet we cannot help ourselves from consuming the drug. Maybe we were not meant for this. Maybe the world will be objectively better off if we continue down this path. Mutually assured destruction is the season finale. No more sequels and no more reboots. No second chances.

I urge you, friend, to reconsider every decision that you make. Is it truly what YOU want? Or, are you just another BOTTOM worker in the process.
